Biography:
Kim is a highly experienced veterinary nurse, educator, and international speaker with over 10 years of clinical experience. She is a registered and accredited veterinary nurse with the VNCA, Fear Free Certified, and in 2021 became the second Veterinary Technician Specialist (Nutrition) in the Southern Hemisphere.
A sought-after keynote and conference presenter, Kim has developed veterinary nutrition education courses focused on improving patient outcomes and supporting veterinary nurses through practical, clinically relevant learning. Her clinical background includes Emergency and Critical Care, Reproduction, Canine Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, Advanced Dentistry, and Internal Medicine.
Kim currently lectures in the Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing program at Melbourne Polytechnic and works clinically in Emergency and Critical Care at Greencross Veterinary Hospital, University of Melbourne. She is also completing a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology and is a 2027 candidate for her second VTS in Emergency and Critical Care.
