Biography:
Shin Yin graduated from Murdoch University in Perth and began her career in busy small animal practices across regional Victoria and New South Wales, where she gained extensive clinical experience. She went on to complete a Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Abdominal Ultrasound at the University of Melbourne, further strengthening her diagnostic skills. In 2024, Shin Yin achieved membership in the Surgery Chapter through the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists and commenced a residency in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation with the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (ACVSMR). She is also a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), enabling her to deliver holistic, evidence based care tailored to each patient’s needs.
