Biography:

Mark graduated from the University of Sydney in 1990. He developed an interest in eyes early on in his career that led to research into a bacterial eye disease in cattle and Mark was awarded his PhD in 1996. Mark obtained the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Diploma in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 1999. After taking up a post as Lecturer in Veterinary Ophthalmology at the University of Glasgow he returned to Australia in 2003 and has been working in private referral practice. Mark is a recognised specialist in Veterinary Ophthalmology. He is interested in all aspects of ophthalmology including management of glaucoma and surgical removal of cataracts and has a keen interest in ocular pathology.
